AIYAA 哎呀 is a one woman show written and performed by Lucia Tong.

Based on her personal experience as a Chinese mother in London, Vegan Gluten Free follows a tiger mom in an IG world, struggling to keep her sanity in the midst of opposing cultural forces.

The show explores attitudes to birth, attachment and discipline through historical and contemporary values, and attempts to navigates the minefield of good motherhood with an honesty and physical dark comedy.
