Drawing from ancient Asian & Middle Eastern traditions, shadow puppet theatre has been engaging the imaginations of young and old for centuries.

Since 2008, Pangea Art has been entertaining children of all ages with Karagöz& Hacivat plays. Starting with these famous traditional Turkish shadow puppets, Dreamer and multi-instrumentalist, Sahan Satis leads a team of talented puppeteers and musicians to bring new tales and original music to traditional characters sparked from life in the Ottoman Empire but rooted in today's multi-cultural London life.

Performances have been held across London with school tours and in venues such as the Arcola Theatre, Hackney.
