Projects

Bound to Blossom is a site-specific durational installation created as a part of the Other Asia's Exhibit in Nolia's Gallery, London.

A collaboration between Flautist Mikey Kirkpatrick and Dance Artist Lucia Tong, Bound to Blossom invites audiences to witness and become involved in ceremonial practices revolving around culture and colonialism between China and Britain. Using the whole gallery space, the perforners move from personal ritualistic ceremony to fierce, energetic duet during the 2 hour performance.

We have collaborated with dancers, puppeteers, live artists, fashion designers, videographers, musicians, composers, visual aritsts, photographers and set designers from varied backgrounds.
